reviewsPoinciana is a place that is relatively quiet. The neighbors are nice, and the connections one can make will last a lifetime. People are there for each other as we live in a high trust neighborhood. While we do need to commute far for necessities such as groceries, the quiet atmosphere is worth it.

reviewsThe area is great if you like very little to do, don’t have kids, don’t plan on working, and don’t ever plan to go outside of poinciana. It takes hours to get out of poinciana. The schools are not the absolute worst but if you don’t spoke Spanish home school. Same for looking for work creole or Spanish speaking individuals. I would say it’s prejudice against whites and people of color but… it’s not the people in the city it’s the workers that comes from outside of the city to work here. You can catch the bus (lynxx), Walmart, sprouts, and Publix are the grocery stores. Everything is off Cypress. 7-11 and a dollar general/family dollar just about every corner. It lacks a lot as a city. The people who live in the city are pretty nice can’t drive at all here. Kids are not something that the HOA thought about when constructing the requirements. Everything here is HOA. Lighten strikes are frequent, along with outages. Lowe’s and Dollar tree must be of a certain ethnicity to work there.

reviewsI haven’t been here for long, I moved here because of my family. I really like the towns and also how Florida is expanding very quickly. It is also nice that we are so close to all the Florida parks that everyone knows of, Epcot, Disneyland etc.. I think that many of the people here are also very nice. The residential communities are also very pretty, and there is access to everything. I think the one change I would like to see is the traffic, since there are a lot of tourists, it makes it difficult to drive around occasionally.
