Did Allē points redemptions rules change?

SkinMedica’s parent company, Allergan, changed the rules for Alle points redemptions starting October 1, 2024. However, these changes have been reversed and redemptions at Cunningham Clinic Store can be made by entering the number of points you would like to redeem at checkout. Once we confirm that you have those points available in your account, a refund will be issued. You can expect to see this refund within 3-5 business days.

Did rules for earning Allē points change?

Alle members will continue to earn points on SkinMedica products as they did the past, at a rate of one point per dollar.

Sure! Simply email us at [email protected], and include your order number and your Allē number.

Do You Deposit Points in My Allē Account For My SkinMedica Purchases?

Yes, your points are automatically deposited when you purchase from Cunningham Clinic as long as you provide the cell phone number associated with your account in the Allē number section at checkout. You don’t need to do anything else. It may take up to one week for your points to appear in your Allē account.

Can I Use My Allē Rewards During Checkout?

Yes you can! Simply enter the number of points you wish to redeem during the checkout process at Cunningham Clinic Store. Once we confirm that you have those points available in your account, a refund will be issued. You can expect to see this refund within 3-5 buseiness days.

Can I Earn Both Allē Points And Clinic Reward Points?

Yes, if you are registered for Clinic Reward Points, and if you either enter your Alle Number as part of your registration or you enter your Alle Number during checkout, you will earn points in both programs!

Do Allē Points Expire?

Yes, depending on the level or tier of your Alle membership, points may expire twelve months after they are issued.
