Pokémon BDSP: How To Get Feebas & Milotic - Screen Rant

Feebas and Milotic are some of the rarest Pokémon to find and capture in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. These two Pokémon made their debut in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire on the Nintendo Game Boy Advanced. In those entries, the only way to obtain a Feebas was to fish in a specific area on a specific route. If players were even more than a single tile off from where they needed to be, this method wouldn't work. This made Feebas incredibly rare to come across. Then, evolving Feebas to Milotic is an entirely different task. Both Pokémon make a return in the Diamond and Pearl remakes, and adding them to a player's collection can still be a challenge.

To find Feebas in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, players will first need to get the Super Rod Key Item. This item allows players to fish for Pokémon. Players will need to wait until they have defeated the Elite Four and have become Champion. Then, they can head to the Fight Area and find a Fisherman who will give the player the Super Rod. This item is essential for getting Feebas.

After collecting the Super Rod in Pokémon BDSP, players will need to enter Mount Coronet. Players should take the entrance closest to Eterna City, where players battled Gym Leader Gardenia. After entering the cave, players should head north until they reach a foggy area. They can use Defog and continue down the path until they reach a lake. Feebas will appear in this lake, but finding its exact location is somewhat difficult.

How To Capture Feebas and Milotic in Pokémon BDSP

Feebas Jumping Into The Air

Feebas has a 50% chance to appear in only four tiles within this lake in Pokémon BDSP. The four tiles are completely random for each game. The best strategy for players would be to use the Super Rod on each tile. After each attempt, players should move on to the next tile and fish again. Finding Feebas will take patience, but it will eventually appear. After capturing it, players can now evolve it into a Milotic.

In order to evolve Feebas into Milotic, players will need to max out its Beauty stat. Each Pokémon has its own Beauty stat that can be affected by the types of Poffins the Pokémon consumes. Players will need to feed Feebas Dry Poffins, which can be made at the Poffin House in Hearthome City. The berries required to make this are Oran, Pamtre, Wiki, Micle, Charti, and Chesto. After feeding it enough Dry Poffins, the Pokémon's Beauty stat will be maxed out. Players can level up Feebas once more after doing this, and it will evolve into a Milotic.
