How to get the Shiny Charm in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. The Shiny Charm is a Key Item that increases the chances of finding a Shiny Pokemon. Shiny Pokemon are exceptionally rare Pokemon that have a chance randomly to appear in the wild.

1. Complete the National Pokedex all Pokemon in the game.
2. Go to the Hotel Grand Lake and enter the hotel.
