Fly in Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl can be easily missed since the game never tells you to go to the location of this move until a lot latter than you can first get it!The earliest you can get fly is just after beating the Veilstone City Gym (3rd Gym in the game), as soon as you beat the gym you will have to help Dawn in a 2vs2 battle against some Team Galactic grunts!
