Pokémon Go: Tips To Use Rocket Radar And Rocket Balloons In The ...
Maybe your like
Pokémon Go is a popular mobile game from Niantic which combines gaming with the real world with the help of augmented reality technology. The game makes it possible for the players to catch and train Pokémons in real-life locations by using particular mapping technology. Here players mostly spend their time completing research tasks or catching Pokémons. Trainer Battles are not common in this game unlike other Pokémon games, so the Rocket Radar and Balloons help players find more battles to fight. In this article, we are going to find out how they do it.
Team GO Rocket in Pokémon Go
In Pokémon Go, players mostly use their Pokémons to fight in raids, gym battles and with Team GO Rocket members Fighting against players on a regular basis is not possible as players will need to walk up to each other in real-time to fight against each other.
So Team GO Rocket are the main antagonists of Pokémon Go and they are very vital as players can win rewards that can be used for powering up Pokemons after fighting them.

Team GO Rocket members like Grunts can be spotted at Pokestops and players can fight them to earn rewards. They can be also found on the overworld map using the Rocket Balloon or players who are looking to fight elite members of Team GO Rocket can use the Rocket Radar to find where they are.
Mysterious Components in Pokémon Go
Players can battle against Team GO Rocket Grunts at Pokestops which are marked dark or blue in color once they reach level 8. If the players are successful in defeating the Grunts, then the color of the Pokestops goes back to their normal color which is blue which means players will then be able to spin the Pokestop disc for more rewards.
It also means that they will receive an item called a Mysterious Component after defeating the Grunt. Once the players collect 6 components like this, they can create another item called the Rocket Radar which can be used to track Team GO Rocket members namely Cliff, Arlo, and Sierra.

Players can also immediately apply for a rematch if they themselves get defeated but they would need to use Revives and Potions to heal up their Pokémons as their HP does not get automatically restored.
Rocket Radar in Pokémon Go
Rocket Radars are basically used to get oneself a battle with one of the Team GO Rocket members. They are tougher to defeat than their lower-ranking counterparts. Fighting a leader once means the player will no longer be able to use that particular Rocket Radar.
To earn more of them they can either fight against Grunts 6 times or buy them from the shop using 200 Pokecoins but it is recommended to save them for more valuable items as it is hard to collect.

There’s another type of Rocket Radar known as Super Rocket Radar which can only be obtained through Special Research or Timed Research instead of getting them by defeating Grunts as one needs to do for the normal Rocket Radars. Players can use the Super Rocket Radar to challenge Giovanni and his team in Pokémon Go.
Rocket Balloons in Pokémon Go
Rocket Balloons appear as circular shadows on the overworld map. Players can keep an eye out for them too as Balloons are a way to reach Team GO Rocket members too. They will need to zoom out of the screen and tap on the Balloon icon to get into a battle with a Grunt or a leader, depending on whether the player is a Rocket Radar too or not.

Rocket Balloons appear randomly on the map throughout the day and there are no hidden or special ones to make them appear more frequently. Players also don’t need to be in motion to make the Balloons appear and the number of times they appear get increased during special Timed Events in Pokémon Go.
