You can find Hearty Grains at Crimson Mirelands - particularly at the Golden Lowlands. Explore the area to find the item pictured above.

Budew Randomly Drops Hearty Grains

If you KO Budew, it may drop Hearty Grains as well. However, since this is a random occurrence, it may be faster to just look for it yourself around the area.

May Also Be Found In Grass Piles

Hearty Grains may also be found in the grass piles at the southern side of the Golden Lowlands. Get your Pokemon to break the pile to obtain various items.

May Be Purchased At Craftworks

Hearty Grains may be purchased from Craftworks too if you're considering that option to save time. However, since this item is pretty easy to find in the Crimson Mirelands, we recommend just obtaining them yourself.

Bring The Hearty Greans To Tao Hua

Once you've collected all 3 Hearty Grains, bring them to Galaxy Hall at the room at the center of the basement to give them to Tao Hua.

After giving the items to Tao Hua, head over to talk to Choy to complete the Request. If you talk to him one more time, you'll be given a new Request to add even more items to the store.
