Pokemon Legends: Arceus places a heavy emphasis on completing the Pokedex. To do this, you will need to travel around the Hisui region to gather rare and unique Pokemon, as well as evolve them into new forms. Some Pokemon will evolve by leveling up, while others require a certain item or location.

What Pokemon Can Evolve With The Ice Rock?

The Ice Rock has appeared in several Pokemon games and is the primary method of evolving Eevee into Glaceon. Typically, Eevee can evolve into Glaceon when leveled up near the rock.

In Pokemon Legends: Arceus, you can evolve your Pokemon regardless of whether they have leveled up or not.

Because of this, you just need to stand near the Ice Rock with Eevee in your team. Opening up the party menu will reveal that Eevee is ready to be evolved.

Select your Eevee and confirm that you want to evolve them. Afterward, you will have your very own Glaceon.

Using An Ice Stone

In addition to evolving Eevee at the Ice Rock, you can also use the Ice Stone. This is an evolutionary item that can be given to Eevee, functioning like a smaller Ice Rock. You can obtain an Ice Stone by searching Space-Time Distortions, as well as purchase one for 1,000 Merit Points.

We don't recommend evolving Eevee this way. Ice Stones can be difficult to obtain, while the Ice Rock is readily available.

Where To Find The Ice Rock

The Ice Rock is found in the Alabaster Icelands, within an underground cave. To get here, head to the location marked on the map above. This is an entrance on the roof of the tunnel. Entering inside will place you in an underground icy tunnel with a few Bergmites.

Follow the tunnel until you come to a split; here, you will take the right path until you enter into a smaller cavern with a rock in the center. This is the Ice Rock!
