Landorus is involved in a request called, Incarnate Forces of Hisui and can be found on Ramanas Island in the Obsidian Fieldlands. Like the other Legendary Pokemon, it can be a brutal fight if you are not prepared, be sure to save your game before battling Landorus. After capturing all of the Pokemon involved in the request, you will obtain the Reveal Glass, this will change the form of Tornadus and the other Incarnate Pokemon.
