Poke Jobs Rewards - EXP & EV
Earn EXP & Base Stats For Your Pokemon

After your Pokemon finish a Poke Job, they get EXP. You also get base points as well.

When you send out Pokemon to do Poke Jobs, items they have also affects their EXP or base stats gained.

| Lucky Egg | Increase Exp gained. |
| Power Bracer | +8 Base Attack (EVs) earned per battle |
| Power Belt | +8 Defense (EVs) earned per battle |
| Power Lens | +8 Sp. Atk.(EVs) earned per battle |
| Power Band | +8 Sp. Def. (EVs) earned per battle |
| Power Anklet | +8 Speed (EVs) earned per battle |
| Power Weight | +8 HP (EVs) earned per battle |
| Pokerus Status | Pokemon infected with Pokerus gets double EV |
Get Rare Items
You also have a chance to be rewarded with rare items. Send many suitable Pokemon for longer durations for a chance at extra reward.

Passively Gain Base Stats (EV) Fast With "Power" Items
You can passively increase your Pokemon's base stat (EV) fast by letting it go on Poke Jobs with "Power" items equipped, as its benefits is counted by the hour (+8).
Example
If a Pokemon holds a Power Bracer and is then sent out for a Poke Job, every hour its doing a Poke Job will give it +8 Attack (Ev).

Poke Jobs has a special "Seminar" category that will increase specific base stat for every Pokemon per hour (+4) it embarks on. To passively increase EVs without items, send Pokemon on to Seminar Poke Jobs.

Buy Power Items At The BP Store

You can purchase all "Power" items at the Pokemon Center in Hammerlocke. However, you'll need to unlock Battle Tower by beating the game first.

Accept Jobs At Rotomi In Pokemon Centers

Go to the nearest Pokemon Center and check Rotomi for available Poke Jobs.
Other Usages Of Rotomi
Rotomi in Pokemon Centers can be used for many purposes. For example, you can participate in the Loto-ID, which is a lottery to win rare items.

Many Corporations & Universities are posting jobs on Rotomi. Every job has a different amount of EXP points you can gain, based on their Stars.
Send Pokemon
You can select how many Pokemon you'd like to send and how long you'd like to do this job for. The more Pokemon you send and the longer you send them off, the better rewards you get.

What Are Poke Jobs?
Send Your Pokemon To A Poke Job

In Sword & Shield, you can accept Poke Jobs at the Rotomi in Pokemon Centers. When accepting them, you send off a Pokemon from your Box to finish the job. As a reward, the Pokemon you've sent get(s) EXP & Base points.
Choose Suitable Pokemon

There are many different Poke Jobs available. Certain types of Pokemon are more suitable for specific jobs. When Pokemon do a good job, they earn extra EXP.
Send Many Pokemon Away For Longer Duration

You also get extra EXP when you send many Pokemon at once or when sending Pokemon off for a longer durations.
