Popcorn. A go-to snack for many. A staple at movie theaters and drive-ins, but as part of a salad?

Yes, if you follow the recipe of the Food Network's Molly Yeh.

She mixed snap peas, a bunch of mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard and popcorn together to create her, what she calls an "iconic Midwestern dish."

It got the internet critics going, including viral video star Kalen Allen. He, among others, thought her look as she first tasted this dish, was one of surprise, and not in a good way.
