Prep Studies

The School of Art Prep Studies program offers hands-on, studio-based art classes for children, youth, and adults. Designed for learners at all stages, Prep Studies provides opportunities to explore creative practice, build technical skills, and engage with contemporary art processes in a supportive learning environment.

Courses are taught by experienced artists and educators and take place in the School of Art’s professional studios. Whether participants are discovering art for the first time, developing a personal practice, or learning new techniques, Prep Studies offers accessible entry points into artmaking—no prior experience required.
