You can set Music to ignore certain songs in your library and never play them.
Open Music for me
Go to the Music app
on your Mac.Click Songs below Library in the sidebar.
Unselect the tick box next to the song.

If tick boxes to the left of the song titles aren’t displayed, choose Music > Settings, click General, then make sure “Songs list tick boxes” is selected. See Change General settings.
Important: Deselecting a song’s tick box removes the checkmark from the song in all playlists.
