This Random Event is located at Grand Senora Desert just near Bolingbroke Penitentiary. An escaped prisoner will wave his hands asking for help.
MISSION NOTE: BLOWED UP!

Before you encounter the escaped prisoner, purchase as couple of Sticky Bombs and place it on the car and then drive it up to meet the prisoner.

Be careful not blow yourself up!
Rather than getting into the passenger seat, the prisoner pulls a gun on you and jacks your vehicle. Get out of the car and let him take it.
As he drives away, detonate those Sticky Bombs. You lose your car but at least the prisoner didn't get away!
