You must be registered as a USER of the PORTAL to access documents in the Docket. Appearances must be filed to view the docket. Call Court Administration at 724-228-6797 to register and with E Filing questions. See top left ' C Track Public Portal'.
Payments are only by CASH OR MONEY ORDER or
IF E-FILING - BY CREDIT CARD.
Two computers are available for the viewing or filing of documents filed in this office. These are for the general public.Computers are also available in the Courthouse Law Library.
The Prothonotary Office does not serve Judges, Divorce & Custody Office, Sheriff, or other Parties. You must prepare your Writs and Rules before filing.
We do not certify copies or provide 'No Find' letters for Naturalization documents.
An appointment is required for escrow release once an order is signed.

Duties of the Prothonotary
The Prothonotary is the elected civil clerk of the Court of Common Pleas and is responsible for recording all civil procedures before the court. These include but are not limited to:
