To cite a company website as part of a research paper would be the same way as you would cite any website.

MLA style:

Entire website:

Editor, author, or compiler name (if available). Name of Site. Version number. Name of institution/organization affiliated with the site (sponsor or publisher), date of resource creation (if available). Date of access.

Page on a website:

"Title of page." Name of Website. Publisher of website, date of publication. Accessed date

Example:

"Company Overview and Strategy." Microsoft Investor Relations. Microsoft, 2015.30 July 2015.

APA style:

Author, A. A., & Author, B. B. (Date of publication). Title of document. http://Web address

If no author is available, begin with the title of the webpage.

Company overview and strategy. (2015). http://www.microsoft.com/investor/CompanyInfo/Overview/default.aspx
