Moving "color notes" from android to Iphone

I currently use an android phone and the "color notes" app to keep important info. I just purchased an Iphone 7 plus and would like to know the best way to move those notes to my new Iphone. there is no version of "color notes" for the Iphone. I would appreciate any assistance on this issue.
