Mass Effect (2007) > General Discussions > Topic Details mister noodle View Profile View Posts 1 May, 2016 @ 12:37pm Quarian Armor? I've been looking to buy and equip better Quarian armor for Tari for a long time, but Normandy's equipment vendor and the vendors at the Citadel don't sell Quarian armor. Do you have any idea where I could find vendors that sell this type of armor? All help is appreciated!! < > Showing 1-13 of 13 comments AbedsBrother View Profile View Posts 1 May, 2016 @ 12:51pm Only one I know of that will definitely result in better Quarian armor is the reward you receive for completing the Bring Down the Sky dlc. Any vendor might stock it on occasion - I've seen the merchant on Feros get some in stock, and the hanar merchant on the Citadel. #1 mister noodle View Profile View Posts 1 May, 2016 @ 12:53pm

Find the line [Engine.Console] and under it add the line ConsoleKey=Tilde. Then when playing in game simply press the tilde key (above tab) to open the console, then type in the desired cheat.once you can get the console open if i remember correctly, you cant SEE what you type so be precise.type in giveitem self 10 light_armor manf_spectre03_armorOR just type in givesuperarmortake it off and type it in however many times you want it, but yes quarian can wear the super armor!!!
Hahaha, thanks for the rather unconvential tip :D #3 BloodyMares View Profile View Posts 1 May, 2016 @ 11:59pm A general suggestion: Delan (hanar merchant on the Citadel) and Morlan (salarian) have a better chance at dropping a quarian armor because of their section (Armor for Aliens). Also you can exploit merchants without using the console: If you land somewhere (say the Citadel or Noveria), you can find the merchant you need and before talking to them save the game. Now you can browse their stock and if you don't find anything interesting in their stock you can reload the game and their stock will be different. Note: it doesn't always work for a Normandy Requisitions Officer and for other merchants it only works if you haven't spoken to them after landing. For example: If you already saw the inventory of some merchant and you want to save after that then their inventory won't refresh. Good to know! Thanks! #5 Fredericks of Cursewood View Profile View Posts 3 May, 2016 @ 6:07pm If you complete Pinnacle Station, there is a decent chance that you can optain Quarion Light Colossus armor from either the MSV Adams or the MSV Wallace. If you haven't done it yet, you fork over some creds and then get a random drop from their loot pool. There is a lot of trash gear and then there is some mouth watering OP gear like the Colossus armor. #6 Noni View Profile View Posts 22 Oct, 2021 @ 8:53pm There's a Phoenix VII light quarian armor on the planet Binthu. It's in the Yangtze system of the Voyager Cluster (next to Feros). Found it in a container I had to decrypt in one of the research facilities. That place had a lot of good loot.https://imgur.com/LNoBAlZ #7 Arkham99 View Profile View Posts 22 Oct, 2021 @ 9:33pm

yes... Pinnacle Station has its perks...:-) #8 mirHL View Profile View Posts 27 Oct, 2021 @ 5:11am https://masseffect.fandom.com/wiki/Talk:Quarian_Armor#Where_can_i_find_these.3FIt's argued bringing Tali with you raises the chances. #9 smilehigh View Profile View Posts 27 Oct, 2021 @ 11:11am

You know that loot in the game is random, right? Right? #10 Arkham99 View Profile View Posts 27 Oct, 2021 @ 11:24pm

while this is certainly true (you'll get different loot from the same container if you reload a save), the Pinnacle Station loot acquired on the terminal at the Prize Retreat almost always gives Colossus Armour... I believe your chances are pretty good...also... when you begin the assault on the facility at Virmire there's another entrance on the left that alot of people don't know about underneath the balcony that the enemies guarding the lab are on... if you go this way, not only do you avoid all the enemies waiting for you behind the other door, you'll find a cluster of crates to open in the staircase... I've gotten Colossus Armor and other High Quality gear there too...:-) #11 DeadBeat View Profile View Posts 9 Dec, 2021 @ 3:06pm

You're bang on the money with your assertion about Pinnacle station. I took Tali on every mission with me after I acquired her to get the quarian ally achievement bonus for sabotage and hacking recharge times for my engineer but I didn't find any good armour for her at all. After completing Pinnacle station I rolled the Colossus X for her on the 4th pull so that beats the hell out of having to go and check every vendor over and over just to find sweet ♥♥♥♥ all. PS gives you an option to get random great piece of loot (MSV Wallace IIRC), just keep going until you get colossus quarian armor (reload if needed). BDtS gives you an option of quarian armor in the end, though it's better to get quarian colossus from PS and pick human armour (nets colossus) for Shepard.
