This line is from the song "Hit 'Em Up Style (Oops!)" by Blu Cantrell, from the album So Blu (2001). 

Blu Cantrell hit it big with "Hit 'Em Style," which went to #2 in the US and #12 in the UK. Though this song is about a lady who gets back at her cheating boyfriend by buying a bunch of stuff with his credit cards, Cantrell claims she's never done such a thing (though one of her friends did).
