How RAC Tow & Repair works

Step 1

Your car has experienced a serious breakdown

Your Roadside Assistance Patrol will arrange a tow truck to pick up your vehicle and deliver it to the closest Auto Services centre any time of the day or night in the Perth metro area*. You may receive free towing depending on your level of Roadside Assistance cover.

Step 2

You will receive a free 30 minute fault diagnosis and quote.

If you decide against the repair, RAC will arrange to tow your vehicle to your desired destination*.

Step 3

Your vehicle is repaired

If you approve the quoted work, our qualified technicians will repair your vehicle.

If so, please call us on 13 11 11 so we can assist immediately.

A $175 join-on-road fee applies if you’re not already an Roadside Assistance member or if you need roadside assistance within 48 hours of joining.

*Towing charges apply. Tow and repair service operates in the Perth metro area only.
