Terrible company (Scam)

Terrible company, probably a scam. I spent R700 on tapestries!! (South African). No service and no sense of time or courtesy, I ordered it on Nov 17 for Christmas and it still hasn't delivered (22 Jan) I want a refund but I doubt it will happen

at first i was a bit sceptical

at first i was a bit sceptical. ive ordered 4th december, they sent it on 5th janurary, which was like fine ive got that theyre busy right. had to ask twice about the order status, wasnt sure theyre gonna send it though lol... but the tapestries are very nice, high resolution and great colors. so dont listen to bad reviews, its legit. customer support responded relatively quick, during a day:)

This place is a joke

This place is a joke. I placed an order at the end of November for a Christmas gift and still nothing. Each time I email, I get a reply from "Justin Thomson" with a tracking number. The first time it said the postal service was notified to pick up the item on 12/6/22. The tracking never changed from that status until 12/22/22. The tracking is still stuck on 12/22/22 that it's "in transit". I'm all done with this so called company and am disputing this with my credit card company. Stay away from this disaster of a scam.

Absolutely avoid this company.They admit to miss-selling their items when you request a refund for defective products, things like their shower curtains have to be used with a Shower Liner (despite no mention of it in the description or photos of the product).Terrible quality, terrible customer service

Honest review

I bought 3 tapestries under impulse. I did regret it the next day and wanted a refund to I tried to email the customer support email. Unfortunately, it seems it doesn't exist. Email kept telling me the email is wrong and to check it again or something. This also happened after I responded to the order conformation email. I also tried to call the number and it didn't exist.Whatever, I waited for it to come anywayThey finally came, I bought them 20th July, got them 20th Aug (Australian).They're okay, I like the material, doesn't feel cheap or anything. Excited to hang them up. They're actually alot bigger than I thought When I started hanging them up though, I noticed problems.All the corners are messed up, some corners are rounded, some are pointed and the stitching is loose and coming apart on most of them.Worst of all, my Bojack Horseman tapestry has really noticeable random white and black splotched ink markings. It's so noticable once you see it and I'm so disappointed about that. That's when I noticed the others have it but not as bad as Bojack'sWeird company, do not recommended and I regret paying $70 for this crap

Poor service

Poor service, I got sent the wrong tapestry after waiting 4 weeks and had to lodge a PayPal refund before they decided to contact me about sending the item I ordered. After receiving the correct product around 9 weeks after paying for it the Luffys journey tapestry quality is extremely poor the tapestry is visably blurry.

Likely scam, no customer service

12/10 will be back again

I was EXTREMLY impressed with the customer service , I started getting a little skeptical 3 weeks in and still didn't receive my order but they talked me down and assured me It was coming. 2 weeks later to the day I unwrapped my beautiful tapestries and shower curtain and the appartnent has truly come to life

SHELL COMPANY. SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Bought 3 tapestries emailed them 4x no reply called 4x no reply but on their websites and social media's they are posting new products and sales regularly. At one point they asked to buy prints off of one guy on Facebook and I replied to that worker and got no reply back. This is a very shady company they do not care about customer service at all and since I've had no reply I've had to go to my bank and file a dispute since they don't want to refund me or give me a tracking number for my 70$ order. You guys truly suck. Don't even bother replying to this if you see it cause you only doing to make yourselves look better than what you really are

gorgeous tapestry and helpful customer service

the colours are vibrant and the fabric is well made, you can see how I tied it up on my uni walls because I can't pin things and it's just brought such needed colour to the room. I had a few difficulties recieving the package (due to my students halls) but alienated were quick to reply to my concerns and help me in any way I need. Some of the best customer service I've ever received

Slow delivery, but brilliant quality!

My order took a lot longer than it said on checkout and it was only when I requested a refund that the delivery status updated and the parcel began to move. I waited just over 3 weeks.Despite this, my tapestries arrived and they are amazing quality and a great size - especially for the price! If you don't mind waiting for weeks, I definitely recommend!

DONT TRUST

Waited over 4 weeks.Wasn't until I told them I had gone to my bank to get a refuns I received an email saying my parcel finally had been picked up by DHL the next day.Worst experience, dont bother using guys

Not bad overall

Order came after about 3 weeks. Quality and size is exceptional for the price. Personally, I had a good experience. I especially appreciate the tracking number provided with the order confirmation.
