Ok, Chapter 3 when you move to Lemoyne camp, first mission where you go fishing with Dutch and end up chasing the train with deputy sheriff, if you go finishing at the end of the mission, Dutch tells you his mother is buried in Blackwater, that his uncle told him a while back. That is where the money is stashed! In his mother's grave! Dutch says that even after she died, she had the last word. And the way he says it makes it VEEEERY obvious that that's where to stash is. Yes, I didn't physically find it. Im not even sure its possible to survive long enough to find the grave.
