How to Reboot Sonos Playbar

• Unplug the power cord.
• Wait 10 seconds.
• Reconnect the power cord and allow one minute for the product to boot up.

Steps of Resetting Sonos Playbar (Gen 1 Sonos Factory Reset)

• Unplug the power cord from the wall.

• Next, press and hold the Play/Pause button. While you’re holding the button, reconnect the power cord back into the wall. (You can use join button as well for factory reset).
• Continue holding the Play/Pause button until the light begins to flash amber and white.
• Continue holding the button. Once the light on the Playbar begins to flash green, you’ll know that your speaker has been successfully reset.

Sonos playbar gen 1 or gen 2 hard reset or factory reset steps are same, but for better user understanding i am explaining this in detail below.

How to factory reset Sonos Playbar Gen 2

• Unplug the power cord from the wall.
• Next, press and hold the infinity Button. While you’re holding the button, reconnect the power cord back into the wall.

(You can use play/pause button if you don’t have reset or infinity button for factory reset).

• Continue holding the infinity button until the light begins to flash amber and white.
• Continue holding the button for 4 seconds and leave it.

• Once the light on the Playbar begins to flash green, you’ll know that your speaker has been successfully reset.

Before reaching directly into factory reset, here are a few reasons you might consider before apply factory reset.

The company lists four main reasons that you’re having issues:

• Connections issues
• The Wi-Fi network isn’t updated
• The Sonos device was not found during setup
• A missing product in the application

Most of your problems are easily solved by turning off your device and turning it back on. But, if you’re having a connection issue you may want to reset your router or turn off your VPN. The Sonos Soundbar will not always cooperate with a VPN.
