How to factory reset Sonos Playbar Gen 2
- Unplug the power cord from the wall.
- Next, press and hold the infinity Button. While you’re holding the button, reconnect the power cord back into the wall.
(You can use play/pause button if you don’t have reset or infinity button for factory reset).


- Continue holding the infinity button until the light begins to flash amber and white.
- Continue holding the button for 4 seconds and leave it.

- Once the light on the Playbar begins to flash green, you’ll know that your speaker has been successfully reset.
