She was originally set to join the season 10 cast as a housewife, telling The Daily Dish: “I am thrilled and honored to be joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

“As a mother to three children who is also deeply committed to my efforts in philanthropy, my life is a balancing act.”

She said the last-minute switch for her season 10 role was made after ex-partner Christian Stracke banned their three kids from filming with her on the Bravo show.

A Georgia native, she considers herself “a southern debutante-turned-Beverly Hills-socialite.”

She owns an estate in Augusta and a three-bedroom apartment in Manhattan.

In an interview during Watch What Happens with Andy Cohen, Stracke explained that she did not know about her immense wealth until she split from her ex-husband, Christian Stracke.

“It’s true because he was in charge of the finances, I didn’t know everything. So when you do the full disclosure and get everything, I was like, ‘What?’

“It’s actually two minor league baseball teams. I knew we had a timber company. But I didn’t know all. There was like 10 things on there. I was like, ‘Wow, I’m rich.'”

Is Sutton Stracke married?

In an episode of Real Housewives, Stracke revealed to fellow castmate Garcelle Beauvais that she used to be married.

Sutton’s former husband is named Thibeault Christian Stracke.

The pair married in 2000 and were together for 17 years before they split.

Sutton and Thibeault have three children together: Porter, Philip, and James.

Sutton later dated Michael Mahoney, whom she met online, before splitting over Valentine’s weekend 2021.

“We were on a nice Valentine’s weekend and he broke up with me,” shared Stracke during the RHOBH season 11 reunion show.
