The former Real Housewives of New Jersey star is being sued for $6,400 after “not paying rent” on her 1,600-square foot home in North Bergen.

In court papers obtained by The Sun, Danielle hasn’t paid rental fees for both August and September of this year.

The owner of the property charges $3,100 monthly rent, as the surrounding properties are valued at $899,000.

The court documents filed on September 15 also showed that the TV personality incurred an additional $200 late fee as a result of not paying for the two months.

The legal documents also stated if the case is scheduled for trial on or after October 1, she must then pay $9,500 in order to have the case dismissed.

Danielle is still in possession of the condo, according to court papers.

The last time she posted inside the riverfront condo was two days ago.

The two-bedroom luxury condo features unobstructed views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline.

The reality star and her daughter Jillian have lived there since December of 2020.

STILL SPENDING

Despite allegedly not making her apartment payments, Danielle has continued to live a lavish lifestyle.

A source close to the property owner revealed: “When the landlord enquired about rent payments or setting up a payment plan, she suggested that ‘if they have hard time paying our bills for the property they should apply for a government loan.’

“I can imagine it is less than pleasant to see her showing off while knowing she’s not paying her bills.”

The mother of two has continued to flaunt her expensive possessions like Chanel earrings and a Burberry coat on her Instagram profile.

The ex-Bravo star has also promoted her plastic surgery ventures from celebrity clinic, Permanent Touch Cosmetics.

The case remains ongoing.

The Sun has reached out to the owner of the property who has since declined to comment.

A rep for Danielle has not responded to The Sun’s request for comment.

TROUBLED PAST

This is not Danielle’s first run-in with financial and legal troubles, as the yoga instructor filed for bankruptcy in 2012, listing between $500,000 to $1million worth of debt.

Danielle has been married three times, but previously claimed that she has been engaged to a total of 19 different men.

In 1993, she wed multi-millionaire Thomas Staub, and the couple welcomed two daughters, Christine, 27, and Jillian, 23, who currently lives with her mother at the New Jersey property.

After 14 years of marriage, the pair divorced in 2007.

In her memoir, the reality star reflected on her relationship with Thomas, writing: “From the outside, it seemed as if we had everything.

“But on the inside, our relationship was hollow. It was no longer a marriage of love, and I wasn’t about to live a lie or stay in a marriage because a man was taking care of me and making things easy.

“Should I stay in a marriage because all of my bills were paid? … No, because that’s what a prostitute does,” she explained.

DIFFICULT DECISION

After their split, she married investment banker Marty Caffrey in 2018, but he also filed for divorce just a few months later.

During their nasty divorce battle, Danielle was forced to either purchase their $2.15million home together or vacate the property.

The mother of two was told to leave the mansion by June 20, 2020, or she would be forcibly removed by the police.

However, in desperation, Danielle pleaded with a judge in court that she be allowed to remain on the property saying that due to “coronavirus” she would be “homeless.”

The judge instead sided with Marty and also asked that the housewife pay her ex $50,000 from a former loan, according to AllAboutTheTEA.com.

That same year, Danielle announced that she would not be returning to Real Housewives after five seasons on the show.
