Background

Richard Dick is an Ohio Eminent Scholar and Professor of Soil Microbial Ecology in the School of Environment and Natural Resources at The Ohio State University. His research focuses on the role and manipulation of microbial communities in controlling biogeochemical processes and delivering ecosystem services for agricultural and environmental applications. Dr. Dick has authored or co-authored over a hundred journal articles, fifteen invited book chapters, and two books as the editor in chief.
