My right AirPod is buzzing when I’m not playing music, any suggestions on a solution?

I would try and set them up again (following first removing them) Connect and use your AirPods - Apple Support

Also does it happen when connected to another device, if not suspect the “connection”, if it does it could well be a hardware issue for which you need to contact Apple.
