Total Compensation - includes Base Salary, Expanded Duty, and Hazardous Duty payments.

Benefits

Paid time off earned annually:

• 120 hours of annual leave, up to a maximum of 224 hours.
• 24 hours of personal leave, up to a maximum of 40 hours.
• 104 hours of sick leave.

Additional Benefits:

• 12 weeks paid parental leave to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child.
• Medical, dental, and optical insurance coverage.
• Excellent retirement benefits (option to retire at 20 years with 50% of salary).
