Refrigerator gasket

Bought a Samsung Fridge through Croma Porvorim Goa on 20/12/2024 along with extended warranty for another 2 years. As the rubber gasket was coming off I complained to Croma om 11th Dec 2025 .Croma sent someone from Samsung. Between Croma and Samsung each one says the other is responsible. extremely disappointed charging failure on a 1, 00, 000+ samsung flip only after 18 months

I am honestly shocked and extremely disappointed with the situation I’m facing with my Galaxy Z Flip 6. The phone has suddenly stopped charging properly through the USB port, and now only charges wirelessly or when folded. For a device that costs more than ₹1 lakh, this is completely unacceptable. AC part is unavailable

Dear Sir, We registered the request with samsung regarding AC not working..as per them samsung is not manufacturing faulty AC part PCB now because of that they are unable to help..now they can help with 10 percent depreciation amount. Improper installation of samsung washing machine leading to damage no resolution provided

Refund not received for damaged tv order 12531446592

I purchased a TV from Samsung India (Order ID: [protected]) in the last week of May 2025, while I was visiting India for a one-month vacation. Upon delivery, the TV was found to be damaged. The Samsung service team inspected it, collected the defective unit, and assured a replacement. However, the replacement was never delivered. Since I had to return to the U. S., I had no choice but to refuse the delivery attempt in my absence. On July 17, 2025, I received an email from Samsung stating that a refund of ₹372, 991 was initiated and would reflect in 5–7 business days. Despite this and multiple follow-up emails, I have not received the refund to date. I request immediate intervention and resolution. Samsung Microwave – Same Issue Again & Again, Worst Service Ever! I bought a Samsung Microwave Oven (Model: DE68-04244H) in 2024, and within just 1 year, I’ve had to raise more than 7 complaints. This product is full of problems — it's clearly defective and not reliable. A technician visited a few days ago and confirmed the issue is from Samsung's side. He said a specific part inside the microwave is faulty. What’s worse is that this exact same issue happened before, and they already changed that part once. But now, the same problem has come back again! Ongoing issues I’m facing: Sometimes the microwave doesn’t even turn on Sometimes the display stops working Sometimes it overheats Sometimes it makes unusual loud sounds This is not a small issue. It’s a clear sign of poor build quality and a serious defect. Now that Samsung knows the issue is on their side, they have completely stopped responding. They don’t answer my calls, and in many cases, they disconnect as soon as they see my number. This is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. @Samsung @SamsungMicrowave @SamsungCustomerService – you have provided me with a faulty product and now you’re avoiding your own responsibility. What kind of service is this? I no longer want this product. I demand a replacement or full solution immediately. Until that happens, I’ll continue to warn others — ❌ Do NOT buy Samsung appliances. Sound issues for TV

Hi, I have purchased a Samsung TV, and now the sound clarity is having a problem. I have tried to contact customer support many times, but they always say they are coming today to troubleshoot the issues, but they never came. They are closing my complaint without even contacting us. I tried contacting the customer care online but that time there are no one to support and they arranged a call back when I'm not in home. Provided an alternative contact and asked them to contact to that number, still now we haven't received any support.
