After the cutscene showing Luigi’s flipped kart, follow the left path of the outer circle to find the final Toad Town ?-Block and 100 coins. Then, make your way to the center and enter the wreckage of where the castle used to be. There aren’t many things to find here, except for some coins scattered throughout and a few breakable wall pieces. To progress, walk to the center until you find Lugi’s hat. Then follow the path around left.

Once your chat with the hat is over, break the damaged wall on your left to advance into the wreckage. Then walk over to the small corner of the castle wall that remains upright. Smash the jars on the floor, then use the rubble on the left to hop onto the shell and hammer the jar up there. Doing so reveals a Magic Circle. Use the 1,000-Fold Arms to grab the wallpaper flap on the top right. Pull toward the left to tear it off and rescue Luigi. Hit him with your Hammer to straighten him out.

When Luigi leaves, you can pick up a couple of coins behind the wall. Then, return the way you came in until you reach the spot where Luigi’s Kart used to be. Luigi burnt rubber and drove the kart away, allowing you access to open the gate on the right and progress through. Use the Save Block and walk into the stairway to the top of the castle wall. Your objective now is to destroy the Red Streamer. Follow it by walking toward the foreground and then go down the stairs. Head right. After crossing the moat, you’ll hear a call for help. Hammer the gate tower to cause the Origami Goomba to fall down. After the battle, a Magic Circle will appear. Use the 1,000-Fold Arms to grab the left side of the perforated strip. Pull to the right to rescue the Toad trapped inside. This Toad runs the Weapon Shop to the right of the Museum. Help Toad (and yourself) open a new route to Toad Town by following the path that splits toward the bottom. When you reach the edge of the bridge, pull on the colorful tab to restore the bridge into Toad Town. Toad will reward you with a Mushroom item!

You now have the option to walk into Toad Town, where you can visit the Museum and Weapons Shop. Or you can take the path to the right, which follows the Red Streamer into the new area. At this time, the Weapons Shop will have the following items available to purchase: Iron Boots (weapon), Mushrooms (Item), and Fire Flowers (Item).
