26 Mar, 2019 @ 7:54pm Scrap Magnetite I need so much of this, and there seems to be so little to spare. Anybody know a good place to get some, or easily farm it? The guys in blue in Ashina castle seem to drop it, but fairly rarely, and it takes forever to get any. < > Showing 1-9 of 9 comments

26 Mar, 2019 @ 8:11pm The only enemies that drop it reliably are late game enemies - or rather end game enemies. The interior ministry samurai/shinobi that appear after story events. They almost always drop them. Also its a RARE drop from the guys wearing straw coats with double blades - there are three right outside the main hall senpou temple idol, but two are back to back and cant be snuck up on, and they are a nuisance to fight both at once which means its not ideal for farming.Your stuck with static drops until end-game territory. Kind of lame they made it like that, but it is what it is. The drop rates for those enemies I mentioned are really low btw so your probably best off waiting. #1

Joshiboii View Profile View Posts 14 Jun, 2019 @ 2:57am mid game you can ring the demons bell, go to main hall, use possession balloon and gachiins sugar to sneak up on twin blade dudes. then use bloodsmoke to stealth kill second one. this worked best for me. was about 1 out of every 4 for me it gave me 2 mag each time which is way better than old grave spear guy that only gave me 1 in 50 attempts and anything else i tried. especially mid game. quick and easy for my spiral spear upgrade Last edited by Joshiboii; 14 Jun, 2019 @ 3:01am #7

You can stealth both by sprinting up to them, backstabbing the one turned away from you, then using Bloodsmoke to re-stealth and kill the 2nd one. #2

This is 100% consistent. Use the blood smoke ninjutsu, easy backstab on the second guy. Run through the temple, out the other side, backstab the third guy. Rest at the idol and you can get multiple runs out of one balloon. Tons of magnetite, tons of iron scraps, and some adamantite scraps. It gets better if you have the monk passives that increase drop rate #4
