The setting for one of the most suspenseful sequences in Scream 2, where Gale Weathers (Courteney Cox) deliver an edge-of-your-seat chase scene through the film school’s soundproof editing rooms. The film class scene, initially filmed at Agnes Scott College’s Winter Theatre, was reshot at UCLA to feature more of Sarah Michelle Gellar. The film class scene is rumored to have been filmed in Moore 1003, Moore Hall.

The tense car crash sequence was filmed here, marking one of the movie’s most nerve-wracking moments. Pasadena’s tree-lined streets have been featured in numerous films, including Halloween (1978).
