To configure settings for taking screenshots, select 
(Settings) > [Sharing and Broadcasts] > [Screenshot Settings].
Take Screenshot Automatically When You Earn Trophy
Select the checkbox to automatically save a screenshot whenever you earn a trophy.
Image Format
Select the file format for your screenshots.
Dimensions
Select the size of your screenshots. This setting is available only on some PS4® systems.
