WARRANTY / RE-WELDING APPOINTMENTS

Warranty: Book a Warranty appointment if you have lost your chain within one month of your appointment or it has broken within your 1-year warranty period. If the chain is broken, but otherwise in good condition, one of our jewellers can re-weld it for you.

Re-Welding: Book a Re-welding appointment if you're beyond your 1-year warranty and your chain has broken, but you still have it. As long as the chain is in good condition, one of our jewellers can re-weld it for a £30 service fee.

Will the welded bracelet set off alarms?

Solid Gold is not magnetic so it won't set off alarms, such as in airport security

Is there an age restriction for welded bracelets?

Yes! The minimum age is 10, and anyone under 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult.

Do you accept drop-ins/walk-ins?

This is dependent on the store, but we recommend booking a welded bracelet, ring or anklet appointment to avoid disappointment!

Do you offer welded anklets?

Yes we do! Book your appointment in our Notting Hill, Kings Road, Leeds, Glasgow, Bath & Edinburgh Stores.

Can I add charms to a welded anklet?

You can add up to two charms to our Marylebone Chain Anklet only. Currently the other chains aren't available for charms.

Do your welded bracelets and anklets come with a warranty?

Yes, there is a 1 year warranty with a month guarantee for loss. Outside of the month, as long as you have your chain and it's in a good condition, the jeweller can re-weld this in a booked appointment. You can call your nearest store or contact Customer Service to arrange this with us!

Can welded bracelets be removed?

While we love the fact these are "seamless bracelets", if you do need to take it off they can they can be permanently removed with a pair of sharp scissors. We also offer optional clasps for our welded bracelets.

What happens if the chain breaks after the year?

If the chain is broken after the year but you still have the chain, one of our jewellers can re-weld it back on for a £30 fee.The chain would have to be in good condition. If you are unsure you can always make an appointment with a jeweller in store for them to assess the chain.

Can I book an appointment for welded rings?

Yes, you can book an appointment for welded rings here. If you need another size other than our standard (J,L,N,P,S) or you would like to add charms to your ring, this can be done during your appointment!

How do I book a warranty appointment?

You can call your nearest store and they will happily book you in for a warranty appointment.Otherwise, you can reach out to our customer care team and they can book in an appointment for you.

Can i return my welded bracelet?

As this is a personalised, made to measure piece, we do not offer refunds on this product. If you have any queries or concerns please feel free to email our customer care team at [email protected] and we hope to see you there!

Are there any restrictions on who can get welded jewellery?

Yes, anyone with a pacemaker fitted should not get welded jewellery.

Is welded jewellery safe?

Yes! Our welding machines are operated by expert jewellers to ensure a smooth experience!
