This Random Event is located in the Cypress Flats area just north of Ammu-Nation. A security truck will be on the road, so block its way and steal its goods.
As soon as you see the Security truck, shoot at it to make it stop. The guards won't get out yet so run behind the truck and shoot open the doors to get the deposit briefcase.
Once you take the money (around $3000+), the guards will exit the truck and start shooting at you. Quickly target and eliminate both of them and then take the nearest vehicle and escape the Police for a successful score!
