Celine Dion has finally sold her Florida estate—four years after it went on the market and for nearly half of its initial asking price.

The five-and-a-half acre property on Jupiter Island includes an 11,000-square-foot house with 13 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, but its most impressive asset might be the personal waterpark overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Dion first listed the home for $72.5 million in 2014, according to the Daily Mail, but it wasn't until she slashed the price to $38.5 million and offered it with almost all its contents that it found a buyer.

The five-and-a-half acre property is on Jupiter Island, about 25 miles north of Palm Beach.

Other famous residents of the island include golfers Tiger Woods, Gary Player, and Greg Norman.

Built in 2010, the 11,000-square-foot home has 13 bedrooms and 14 full bathrooms.

It was custom-designed for Dion and her family, according to the listing. Dion's husband, René Angélil died of cancer in 2016.

The dreamy all-white kitchen includes two islands.

It has 415 feet of Atlantic Ocean frontage.

In addition to the main residence, there are five pavilions on the property.

One of them is a double four-bedroom guest house (for a total of eight bedrooms). Another is a tennis house that has a simulated golf range leading to the tennis court.

A pool house has a built-in grill and separate kitchen.

There are three separate pools on the property.

The lucky buyer is reportedly American and plans to use the home as a vacation property.
