This Genshin Impact guide will provide a detailed walkthrough for the quest, Seirai Stormchasers, which is found in Inazuma. In this particular guide, we're here to break down how to complete all puzzles within Seirai Stormchasers, as well as how to unlock the quest and the pre-requisites that you'll require.

Seirai Stormchasers Pre-requisites

This quest only has one pre-requisite and that would be to finish Chapter 2 Act 1 of the Inazuma Archon Quest. Other requirements would be a decently built team because by the end of this quest, you'd fight a boss monster called Thundering Manifestation.

Thundering Manifestation is an oceanid-like creature, but unlike Oceanid, it can be damaged directly. It doesn't summon minions either so it'll boil down to how well your characters deal damage and how good you can dodge/shield its moves.

How to Unlock Seirai Stormchasers

To unlock Seirai Stormchasers, you should be able to freely walk around Inazuma. This is something you can't do the moment you arrive in Ritou, hence the pre-requisite of Chapter 2 Act 1. This world quest is available by simply approaching Katheryn, the Adventurer's Guild's Receptionist at Inazuma.

Seirai Stormchasers: Part 1

The first thing to do after talking to Katheryn is to head over to Seirai Island. If you haven't unlocked Seirai Island's Statue of the Seven, it's highly recommended that you do as you're going to use this quite a bit in this quest.

Head over to the marker and you'd see a couple of researchers looking at a stone and figuring out how to activate it. This is called a warding stone and you'd encounter more of them as you progress through the quest.

This part of the quest is straightforward, just follow the cat's footsteps leading to the shrine. A cutscene will play once you reach the shrine. After that, interact with the broken offering box near the shrine. Your next task would be to fix this.

Simply follow the quest closely, fighting treasure hoarders here and there until you have the materials to fix the offering box. Head back to the offering box once you have the materials and fix it. Report back to Neko and he'll tell you to go to different locations to seal warding stones.

Teleport back to Seirai Island's statue of the seven and seal the first warding stone.

Right after sealing the fourth stone, you'll have the chance to fight Thundering Manifestation.

Tips on How to Defeat Thundering Manifestation

The best tip is to be prepared. What we mean by this is to make sure your characters are properly geared to take on this fight. Just as previously mentioned, even though Thundering Manifestation looks a lot like Oceanid, there will be no summoned monsters and it will just be a head-on fight between you and the monster.

Take advantage of your shields and the i-frames of your dodges to avoid his attacks. Don't bring an electro DPS character as Thundering Manifestation is immune to all Electro damage. We personally prefer Eula for this fight as one elemental skill from her will proc a superconduct reaction which is really good for a physical damage dealer like Eula.
