It is possible, in case how, to select all the photos in iPhone 11pro album photo

You can select all photos in the "All photos" album with a little patience and dexterity.

  • Open "Photos > All Photos"
  • tap "Select"
  • Go down to the bottom of "All Photos" then tap the last photo. When you see the blue checkmark swipe your finger across all photos towards the upper border of the display and hold down, while all photos are scrolling along below your finger.
  • it will take some time to select all photos this way.

But you must not try to delete all photos at once, if that is what you are trying to do. If the recently Deleted album is holding more than 1000 items at once (maybe more), it may not be possible to empty the recently Deleted album. Delete photos only in small batches.
