But I swear I have people suggesting stuff that they're just making up on the spot when they try to spell my name. "Let's see... that's J-H-O-N-I-E right?" No! It's not right! Not even close! How did you even let such an abberation come out of your mouth? Do other relatively common names get butchered so routinely? At first I tried to be cool about it and just thought, "well, of course it's obvious to me how it should be spelled. It's my name." But then I thought about it some more... and damn near every famous dude named Johnny to ever live shares the same spelling. Depp, Carson, Cash, Tremain, Unitas, Bench, "Guitar" Watson... ALL of those cats spelled it the way it SHOULD be spelled, damn it. So I declare my patience with this issue officially exhausted. Get it right people!scarletpeaches

Strange, but enjoyable nonetheless.scarletpeaches

I'm sure there are some who go by Johnnie, but can't recall. (eta: of course! Johnnie Cochran!) It's a funny world. You must log in or register to reply here.
