The adventures of best friends CeCe Jones and Rocky Blue who, with help from Rocky's brother Ty and his best friend Deuce Martinez, fulfill their dreams of becoming professional dancers when they land roles as dancers on a local show, "Shake It Up, Chicago!" CeCe and Rocky deal with their circumstances by adapting and maintaining their social status at school while watching CeCe's little brother Flynn. The antics of their TV show include matching the skills of their competition, notably brother and sister Gunther and Tinka. The show also has storylines for Rocky's brother, who also has dance and rapping skills.

From Shake It Up to Starlet: See How Zendaya Has Grown Up

Zendaya Coleman's career is just getting started. At just 14, Zendaya burst onto the television scene with Disney Channel's successful hit show Shake It Up. Shortly after the series ended, the California native continued to show off her dancing skills and tangoed her way to second place on Dancing with the Stars. The actress has also solidified her triple-threat status with her Billboard Top 200 self-titled debut album featuring the chart-topping song "Replay." Now, 17, Zendaya is set to headline the upcoming Disney series K.C. Undercover.

It's a Disney disaster! Shake It Up is heading into its series finale, and fans are about to witness even more trouble than the show's end. In the final episode (airing Sunday, Nov. 10 at 9/8c), CeCe (Bella Thorne) suffers from amnesia during a Shake It Up Chicago charity fashion show that is set to star her, Rocky (Zendaya) and Tinka (Caroline Sunshine) as runway models.
