Shein Shipping Time, Cost And Return Policy

As we wrote before, there are two shipping methods on Shein:

• Standard Shipping.
• Express Shipping. 

Normally, Shein Standard Shipping is free on orders over $49 in the USA. The minimum order sum for free shipping in other countries is different, so check your local website to see the requirements.

Also, Standard Shipping on Shein is free during big sales or other promotions. The up-to-date information on the order sum necessary for free shipping can be seen at the top right corner of the website. It’s much more economical to order several items than pay for shipping, so always look for promotions ad check your total before paying.

Shein shipping cost and time

The cost of Express shipping is $12.90. You have to pay $3.99 for Standard Shipping or meet the minimum order sum requirements.

The shipping time on Shein in the USA is normally about 3 weeks for Standard Shipping and 2 weeks for Express Shipping. Then order processing time is not included. It is normally from 1 to 3 calendar days. Express shipping for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses is not available. The shipping time can also be extended due to customs clearance. 

Refunds and refund policy on Shein

Always read the returns and refund policy on Shein before ordering. Thus, you have 180 days to contact the Support Service in case something goes wrong with your order on Shein.

Due to COVID, the return window for all orders laced after February 20, 2020, the return window was extended by 30 days – up to 75 days. To return the items, you have to meet the following conditions:

• The items must be unworn, in original packaging, and undamaged. 
• You can return your Shein order within 75 days following the purchase.

To make a return on Shein, you have to:

1. Sign in to your Shein account.
2. Find the order you want to return and press the Return Item button.
3. Select the necessary products and enter the return reason.
4. Generate and print the return label* and stick it to the side of your return package.

Shein refunds

Normally, refunds on Shein are made within 7 days following the receipt of the return parcel. Due to COVID, 3-5 more days are necessary. The refund is sent to your Shein wallet or the payment account you used to pay for the order.
