Exciting News for International Travelers: New Options are Available on AT&T

Previously AT&T offered two international options (outside of Day Pass) 1Gb/3Gb – voice at $0.35 per minute and unlimited text. You could buy the plan for 30 days or recurring on your plan for regular travel.  This week, new plans launched – see below for detail.

AT&T Passport 2GB (Available as 30-Day Passport OR Reoccurring)

    • Voice: $0.35 Per Min
    • Data: 2GB then $30per GB (up from $25.00)
    • Messaging: Unlimited
    • One-Time Charge: $70.00
    • Availability: expires in 30 days
    • Countries Included: www.att.com/globalcountries

AT&T Passport 6GB (Available as 30-Day Passport OR Reoccurring)

    • Voice: $0.35 Per Min
    • Data: 6GB then $30per GB (up from $25.00)
    • Messaging: Unlimited
    • One-Time Charge: $140.00
    • Availability: expires in 30 days
    • Countries Included: www.att.com/globalcountries

AT&T Recurring Passport Pro 10GB (Only a Reoccurring Feature – 2 Bill Cycle Minimum)

    • Voice: 250 min then $0.45 per Min
    • Data: 10GB then at max 256Kbps
    • Messaging: Unlimited
    • Monthly Charge: $200.00
    • Roaming: Unlimited text, picture, and video messages sent, incoming rated from domestic plan. 250 minutes included followed by $0.45 per minute for calls while roaming in countries listed at att.com/globalcountries.
    • Long-distance: Unlimited calls from the U.S. & U.S. territories to wireline in 70 countries, and to wireless in 36 of those countries. Discounted per minute rates for calls to over 155 additional countries. Go to att.com/wcadvantage for country rates. Monthly recurring/data only 10 gigabytes cellular data usage while roaming in countries listed at att.com/globalcountries. No data overage. Drops to 256kbps.

International Day Pass for Business ($10 One-Time/$0.00 Recurring)

Take your domestic plan to over 100 countries for $10/day, and pay only for the days you use it abroad. Talk within and between included Day Pass countries and back to the U.S. with no additional long-distance or roaming charges. Calls to or from other international destinations are billed at international long-distance rates.
