Simple Picrew Tutorial 1 - RazzPixel's Corner

Decided to make a quick and simple tutorial on how to create your very own picrew creator. What I am writing about is past creating your own account. Also note I do not know everything. This is a lot of google translating and pressing buttons. This tutorial series will only have 3 parts for now. Please do not hold your breathe for more parts…! ; 7 ;

Part 1 – IntroductionPart 2 – Categories/ItemsPart 3 – Pallet Linking [N/A]

Part 1

Part 1 will cover just what you see once you create your maker.

At the top click the top right button, it will take you to the character creator. Press the giant + symbol.

The top type-able area is the creator title for your maker. Type in whatever. Leave the already highlighted section, that is to make your own creator. The second option is a kind of random image maker where you cannot make your own character but get a randomly generated character all the time.

  1. This section is for the information of your creator. Press the green button to edit it how you wish. look at next image for more information.
  2. This section is for your categories and the items inside. This section for the information of your creator. Press the green button to edit it how you wish. look at next image for more information.
  3. This section will be where you can choose which category item will layer above or below. So don’t fret if your items in 2 don’t align in the way you want them to or not, this section is where you get the fix them.
  1. Description for you picrew maker.
  2. Tags. Type in or copy+paste, press enter to accept your tag. You are only allowed 10 tags.
  3. Permissions for your maker. From left to right via Google Tanslate;
    1. Personal Use
    2. Non-commercial use
    3. Commercial use
    4. Processing
  4. The preview image of your creator. Must be under 500kb and best size would be 400×400 or bigger. File formats accepted are png and jpg.
  5. The option from the beginning, maker that’s already selected or to make it into a randomizer.
  6. Allows the options for the randomizer buttons on your maker, the dice block. Top box checked means to allow ALL. Second box is ITEMS only.
  7. Status, currently set to private.
  8. RED is delete maker. WHITE is cancel. GREEN is accept changes.
  1. 0/500 is how many items you have left for your maker. To have it increased it looks like you got to message the site creators. Two top buttons are [PREVIEW] and [VIEW ON SITE], view on site is grayed out until you hit publish. The bottom orange button is the [PUBLISH] button.
  2. Takes you to the TOP of your project, which is the current page you are looking at. Once you start creating categories they will appear below so you can jump to each category easily.
  3. Rule Settings. You can select which categories cannot interact, alongside what items inside these categories can or cannot interact with in a different category.
  4. Color pallet settings. You can choose the color pallets from different categories to link together, so you could potentially link all the hair parts together so the person making the character can change the hair color all at once.
  5. Maker list TOP. Will take you out of your current maker to the home screen of the maker area.
  6. My Page, you can edit your account setting here.
