This wikiHow will explain how to make an account on the EA website on a computer or mobile device. Once you make an account, you'll be able to access new content on some EA games.
Steps
1 Open your web browser and go to ea.com.
2 Click or tap the Profile button at the top right of the screen. Look for a white outline that looks like a person, to the left of a question mark icon. Advertisement
3 Click or tap Create Account on the menu that opens.
You should see a plus symbol above Create Account.
4 Enter your email address in the text field. Click or tap Next after you confirm that you have entered it correctly.
Note that you will have to confirm this email address later, so make sure you have access to it.
5 Enter the required information and click or tap Next. Once you've entered your email, you'll need to set up your Public ID (the username you can access from any device) and password for your EA account.
When entering a Public ID, there will be a notification beneath the text field where you type it that will alert you to whether the ID is available (green check-mark) or already taken (red x)
6 Enter your first and last name if you would like, and click or tap Sign Up. You can also click or tap Skip. This step is completely optional.
7 Check the email you registered with. You will receive a verification code from EA via email, so you'll need to open another tab with that email's inbox to check for the relevant message.
8 Enter your verification code on the EA website. Once you've opened the email with your verification code, either copy it from the email then paste it in the relevant field on the EA signup page or type it in manually to finish setting up your account.
9 Click or tap Continue. After you've entered your verification code, you will see a message saying "Success! Your account (account email) has been verified." Advertisement
