Oh and if dev products are still taxed could we remove that one as well? I really would like to try to get a game to the front page and make money without having to buy BC to remove that 90% tax. As for the thread itself, I don’t think that’s possible. You’re basically saying that roblox should pay 90% of all ur robux gamepass purchases. With tix around, it seems more appropriate to have a large tax since there were thousands/millions of tickets given to accounts daily, but since that’s not around anymore taxing so much doesn’t seem very helpful. Technically it’s supposed to be in one of Feature Requests’ sub-categories (client, web, or studio) since otherwise the appropriate people won’t find it.

If the problem is:

Developers without BC are at a disadvantage because they need to sell 7x more than those with BC to be able to upload assets that cost ROBUX (audio, badges, thumbnails, etc)

Then really the best solution is to just remove the cost of uploading assets altogether because paying to upload assets…

It just doesn’t make sense.

In that case you should just buy BC until you’re able to DevEx. BC is pretty cheap, and if you’re actually serious about developing games and want ROBLOX to hand you hundreds of dollars later down the road through DevEx, you should be committed enough to shell out only a couple in advance.4 Likes seliso (seliso) March 22, 2016, 4:21pm 6

You don’t. Even with ticket-based advertising:

Just because adverts are currently purchased with tickets doesn’t mean they’re viable for NBC developers. Sure, you may get 10 tickets a day and some from place visits, but that’s not enough for advertising. The advertising queue is saturated by people who pay boatloads of money for ads. Even if you put 1000 tickets into an ad, it won’t be seen much. Either way NBC developers are screwed out of the ad system, and removing tickets really doesn’t make much of a difference in that regard.
