Examples of Sister Companies in a sentence

  • The equity interests set forth in Section 3.04 of the Disclosure Schedule constitute all the issued and outstanding equity interests in the Subsidiaries and are owned of record and beneficially, directly or indirectly, solely by the Company and/or the Sister Companies, free and clear of all Encumbrances.

  • Except for the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, there are no outstanding contractual obligations of the Company or the Sister Companies to repurchase, redeem or otherwise acquire any Pershing Shares or, except in connection with the financing of customer positions in the ordinary course of business, to provide funds to, or make any investment (in the form of a loan, capital contribution or otherwise) in, any other Person.
