  • The Supplier shall procure the waiver in favour of the British Council of all moral rights arising under the Copyright, Designs and Patents ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, as amended and revised, or any similar provisions of law in any jurisdiction, relating to the Site, the Site Software and the Site Specification.
