Get The Recipe! This recipe is only a handful of ingredients and is perfect for using up leftover jalapenos. You need water, sugar, apple cider vinegar and some spices.
Get The Recipe!Start by slicing the jalapenos into thin, 1/4 inch rounds. Wear gloves to protect your hands from the oils in the seeds!
Get The Recipe!Next, in a large pot combine the spices, water, sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Stir with a whisk and bring the mixture up to a boil.
Get The Recipe! The mixture should be a full rolling boil that looks something like this. Let it fully bubble before adding the jalapenos.
Get The Recipe!Add the sliced jalapenos into the pot and then immediately remove it from the heat. Let it sit like this for 15 minutes.
Get The Recipe!Let the mixture fully cool and then pour with the remaining syrup into the jar. Store in the fridge for a few weeks and use as desired.
