Ingredients

  • 1 Rack Of Beef Back Ribs – 5 Or 6 Bones (Membrane Removed)
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil

  • Louisiana Grills Savory Smokehouse Rub
  • Louisiana Grills Pepper Garlic BBQ Sauce

Directions

  1. Set your Louisiana Grill to 225° F and allow to preheat.

  2. Rub ribs thoroughly with olive oil, and then generously apply the Louisiana Grill Savory Smokehouse Rub to the meaty side of the ribs.

  3. Place the ribs meat side up on the top rack of your Louisiana Grill, and allow to cook for at least 5 hours.

  4. Look for the to pull back on the bone, and a temperature between the bones of 195°- 200° F – That is the indication your ribs are about done. Brush them with Louisiana Grills Pepper Garlic BBQ sauce to glaze and allow 30 minutes for the glaze to set.

  5. Remove to a serving board and cut the ribs between the bone to serve – Enjoy!

Recipe Note

After glazing, test ribs with your probe thermometer, and when the probe feels like it’s sliding through butter, they are done. Each rack of ribs is different, and as the saying goes – “BBQ is done when it’s done”. Allow yourself a little extra time, and remember patience is the key!
